Shipping Policy​

Orders placed during business hours will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-2 business days.

Orders placed on Friday after 3pm CST and through the weekend will be processed on the following business day.

We are grateful for your business, please enjoy free shipping on all U.S. orders. No minimums.

International Shipping

Free international shipping is now available on all orders over $169 USD.

Return & Exchange Policy

 

​It's simple, if you are not 100% happy with purchase, please email us at info@primitivajewelry.com  within 7 days of receiving your item. We will set up a hassle free return or exchange.

Please note: To be eligible for a refund or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. If you return a broken or defective item, only a partial refund can be made. Please also note that Primitiva Jewelry gift cards are non-refundable.
