While You Are Wearing It

Avoid exposure to water, lotions, body oils, cosmetics, perfumes, excessive heat, humidity and cleaning agents. These may cause discoloration and affect the finish of the jewelry.

Storing Jewelry

When you are not wearing your Primitiva Jewelry, it should be stored in a soft velvety box. We offer a complimentary box with every order, (If you'd like an additional jewelry box click here to let us know) This will prevent tarnishing and scratching.

How to Clean it

Cleaning silver jewelry can be done using lukewarm water and a gentle, colorless detergent to remove dirt and grime (Note: Stay away from harsh jewelry cleaners or antibacterial soap). You can also use a soft brush or cloth to scrub extremely gently. For plated jewelry do not use water but a soft cloth instead.
